Is the territory exclusive?
We assign a defined territory and keep the dealer count in each area sensible, so you are not competing with three other Prime dealers down the road. Tell us your region and we will confirm what is open.
What margins can a dealer expect?
You buy at dealer pricing direct from the factory — there is no importer or middleman taking a cut. We share the full price list and margin structure once we have agreed a territory.
Is there a minimum order or joining fee?
There is no joining fee. We agree a starting stock or demo package suited to your market — small enough to begin, complete enough to sell from day one.
Do I need to be a weighing specialist already?
No. Many of our dealers come from instrumentation, automation, electrical or service backgrounds. We train your team on the products, on quoting and on basic calibration.
What support do I get after I sign up?
Factory-direct technical support, calibration help, spares on hand and shared marketing material. Because we make the cells, boards and software, you are never waiting on a distant supplier.
