Who we are
This website, primetelelink.in, is operated by Prime Telelink Private Limited (CIN U64202RJ1999PTC016058), a weighbridge-electronics and industrial-weighing manufacturer registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan. For the purposes of the DPDP Act we are the Data Fiduciary responsible for the personal data described below, and you are the Data Principal.
The personal data we collect
We deliberately collect only what we need to respond to you and to supply and service our products:
- Enquiry & RFQ details — your name, company, role, phone number, email and the requirement you describe (capacity, deck size, location, application).
- Order & service records — purchase orders, delivery and installation addresses, calibration and warranty history where you transact with us or a dealer.
- Website usage — basic, aggregated analytics such as pages viewed and approximate region, used to improve the site. We do not build advertising profiles.
We do not ask for, and request that you do not send us, sensitive information (such as financial account credentials or government identifiers) through website forms.
Why we use your data, and our lawful basis
We process your personal data only for these specified, lawful purposes, on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or the legitimate use of fulfilling a transaction you have asked for:
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation;
- To process, dispatch, install, calibrate and warranty the products you order;
- To route your request to the authorised dealer or service engineer nearest you;
- To meet our legal, tax, Legal Metrology and statutory record-keeping obligations.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and, for orders, for the period required by warranty, Legal Metrology and applicable tax and company law. When personal data is no longer required for these purposes and we are not obliged to retain it, we erase it or anonymise it.
How we protect your data
We apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures — access controls, encryption in transit, and limiting access to staff who need it — to guard against unauthorised access, disclosure or loss, as required under the DPDP Act and the Information Technology Act, 2000. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Your rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act you may, by writing to our Grievance Officer below:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it;
- Correct, complete or update inaccurate data, or request erasure of data we no longer need;
- Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out);
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;
- Raise a grievance and have it addressed through the mechanism set out below.
We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses only essential cookies and privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to understand traffic and improve performance. It does not run intrusive third-party advertising trackers. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the information on this site.
Children’s data
Our products and this website are intended for businesses and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact our Grievance Officer and we will delete it.
