This website, primetelelink.in, is operated by Prime Telelink Private Limited (CIN U64202RJ1999PTC016058), Jaipur (“Prime Telelink”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply alongside the specific terms set out on each quotation and order acceptance. Where a signed contract conflicts with these terms, the signed contract prevails.

You may use this site to learn about our products and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it — no attempts to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it unlawfully. Product images, datasheets and specifications are provided for guidance; figures marked DRAFT or “indicative” are confirmed only in writing by our engineering team.

The PRIME brand, logo, product names, photography, drawings and the content of this site are the property of Prime Telelink Private Limited and may not be copied, rebadged or used commercially without our written permission.

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only against your purchase order and our written acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable or a pricing or specification error is identified, in which case any amount paid is refunded.

Prices are ex-works Jaipur unless agreed otherwise and exclude GST, freight and installation unless itemised. Payment terms, advances and milestones are stated on each quotation. Goods may remain our property until payment is received in full.

Dispatch and installation timelines are estimates given in good faith and depend on site readiness. Installation, commissioning and any civil work are as scoped on the order. Trade weighing instruments must be verified and stamped under the Legal Metrology Act before commercial use.

Products carry a 24-month warranty from dispatch against manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes damage from lightning or power surges, physical damage, water ingress through cut or unsealed cables, unauthorised repair and use outside rated conditions. A lightning-protection accessory is available and recommended. Our obligation under warranty is, at our option, repair or replacement of the defective part.

Trade weighing instruments require model approval and verification under the Legal Metrology Act, 2009. We supply the documentation set required; verification, re-verification and stamping are arranged by the buyer in accordance with state norms.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the supply of any goods or services is limited to the value of those goods or services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including loss of profit, production or data — howsoever arising. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, strike, transport disruption, power failure or changes in law.

Personal data you share with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance and dispute-resolution process below, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.

For any complaint about our products, services or this website, you may contact our Grievance Officer, Mukund Totla, by phone at +91 94688 08888. Complaints concerning your personal data are handled under our Privacy Policy, which publishes the Grievance Officer’s full contact details and the escalation route to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within the period prescribed by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version; your continued use of the site or placement of an order after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
