Industrial Panel Indicators
When weight is a number on a control panel rather than a ticket at a gate, you want a clean panel-mount head — one to read, one to feed your PLC.

4–20mA output (SII)
Why it matters
Built into the line.
Clear at a glance
A bright LED read-out an operator can check from across a noisy plant floor.
Talks to your PLC
The SII puts out a clean 4–20 mA signal, so weight becomes just another input to your batch or process controller.
Panel-ready
Standard panel-mount format drops into a control cabinet without custom fabrication.
Questions buyers ask us
Plainly answered.
What is the difference between the SDI and the SII?
The SDI is for reading — a bright digital display for an operator at the vessel. The SII is for control — it outputs 4–20 mA so a PLC can act on the weight. Many lines use one of each.
Can these run a tank or hopper directly?
Yes. Wire them to the load cells under your vessel through a junction box and they will show, or transmit, the live weight. We can supply the cells, the box and the indicator as one matched set.
Will the 4–20 mA output suit my controller?
4–20 mA is the standard industrial current loop, so it works with virtually any PLC or DCS analog input. Tell us your controller and we will confirm the wiring.

Local read-out or PLC signal
Put weight on your panel — read it or feed it.
Tell us whether you need a bright SDI read-out, a 4–20 mA SII signal, or both; we quote the indicator with the cells and junction box in 24 hours.
