Ball Type Load Cell — White Base
Some sites just want it to look as clean as it works. This is our rocker cell on a polished alloy-steel base — the same honest weighing, a tidier finish.
- Self-aligning rocker geometry
- Polished alloy-steel base
- Hermetic IP68 seal
- Drop-in match for the black-base cell

Same cell, cleaner finish. Designed and calibrated in Jaipur, supported by the same field network.
A neater finish, the same physics.
This is our double-ended ball cell built on a bright alloy-steel base instead of the standard black. The rocker geometry, the sealing and the accuracy are unchanged — what changes is the look, which matters more than people admit on newer bridges, showroom platforms and indoor installs where the pit is on show.
Because it shares ratings and mounting with the black-base cell, it drops straight into the same deck. Mix is fine too: if a customer wants the visible cells in white and the buried ones in standard finish, the corners still trim and calibrate together as one set.
Made for installs on show.
Newer weighbridges
When the whole bridge is fresh and the customer wants it to look the part.
Indoor & covered decks
Packing halls and covered platforms where the cells are visible at floor level.
Dealer showpieces
Demo and reference installs where finish helps close the next sale.
The same trust, a cleaner deck.
Self-centring rocker
Identical pin-and-rocker action to our standard cell — it settles back to true after every pass.
Polished alloy base
A bright, corrosion-resistant finish that looks right on newer and customer-facing installs.
Drop-in compatible
Same capacity, output and footprint as the black-base cell, so it mixes and matches on one deck.
The numbers.
| Type | Double-ended ball / rocker, white base |
| Capacity | 30 t per cell (other ranges to order) |
| Accuracy class | OIML R60, Class C3 |
| Material | Polished alloy steel |
| Sealing | IP68, hermetically welded |
| Rated output | ≈ 2.0 mV/V |
| Compatibility | Interchangeable with black-base cell |
Ratings vary by capacity — ask for the datasheet of the exact range you need.
Compare the range.

Tell us the capacity and mount — we quote the 30 t white-base cells, junction box and C3 calibration, and they drop straight onto a black-base deck.
