Compression Canister Load Cell
When the weight pushes straight down — a silo, a reactor, a heavy deck — you do not want a beam flexing sideways. You want a column built to be pressed.
- Canister column body
- Loaded purely in compression
- Hermetically sealed gauge chamber
- Armoured cable as standard

The cell for straight-down, high-capacity loads. Sealed and calibrated in Jaipur, with installation support on site.
Built to be pressed, not bent.
A compression cell is a sealed steel column. The load sits on top, the cell carries it straight down, and the strain gauges read the squeeze. There is no beam to twist, which is why this body suits the heaviest jobs — silos, mixing tanks, reactor legs and large structural decks where capacities run well past what a shear beam is comfortable with.
We seal the gauge chamber hermetically and fit armoured cable as standard, because these cells often live under tanks in plant rooms where chemicals, heat and wash-down are part of daily life. Mounted on a proper load button and base plate, a set of these will hold calibration on a vessel for years.
The plant-room cell.
Tanks, silos & vessels
Three or four cells under the legs turn any vessel into a live weighing system.
Hopper & batching
Straight-down loading suits batching plants and process hoppers that dose by weight.
High-capacity decks
Structural and heavy industrial decks where per-cell loads are very large.
Made for the heavy end.
Pure compression path
Load travels straight down the column with no bending — the right geometry for tanks, silos and structural weighing.
Very high capacity
Single cells handle loads a shear beam cannot, so a few cells carry a large vessel or deck.
Armoured & sealed
Hermetic chamber and armoured cable stand up to plant-room heat, chemicals and wash-down.
